INGREDIENTS (2 serving):
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 2 Peeled Kiwi’s
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of yogurt (Whatever type you have laying around!)
- ½ Cup of pineapple juice.
- ½ Cup of chopped mango
- 1 tsp of honey
- 1 serving of OceanHydrate Sports
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Start by adding all the ingredients to your blender. For a refreshing and chilled treat perfect for those hot summer days, try using frozen fruits!
- Blend the ingredients until smooth! Serve immediately and enjoy!
