Smooth Summer Smoothie

Simply toss all the ingredients into your blender, let it whirl until smooth, and you’ve got yourself a refreshing treat that’s perfect for any hot summer day. Whether you’re lounging by the pool or need a quick pick-me-up, this Delish Summer Smoothie is your go-to for staying cool and nourished.

INGREDIENTS (2 serving): 

  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 2 Peeled Kiwi’s
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of yogurt (Whatever type you have laying around!)
  • ½ Cup of pineapple juice.
  • ½ Cup of chopped mango
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 serving of OceanHydrate Sports

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Start by adding all the ingredients to your blender. For a refreshing and chilled treat perfect for those hot summer days, try using frozen fruits! 
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth! Serve immediately and enjoy!

PROTIP:

  1. If the smoothie is too thick add more pineapple juice.
  2. To sweeten it to your taste add a drizzle of honey!
