How do I take OmniBlue?
Serving Information: Intended for dilution before consumption.
Adults: Integrate gradually starting from a quarter teaspoon up to one and a half teaspoon in at least three to four days.
Teens: Integrate gradually starting from a quarter teaspoon up to a teaspoon in at least three to four days.
Infants and Children: Safe, approved by Moms Across America. Always introduce progressively and verify tolerance. Everyone's metabolism and GI tract is different.
Children: 8-15 drops spread out through the day.
Pre-Teen: 20 drops spread out throughout the day.
* Severely constipated children or infants will need twice the maintenance dose, fractionated every 1-2 hours. Once loose bowels are achieved return to normal serving.
Always consult with your physician for serious health issues, and follow their recommendations. Magnesium has been tested in hospitals with patients with acute deficiency at high doses with no side effects. Loose bowels may occur with additional dosing of magnesium.
