RETURN POLICY

You may return most new, items sold and fulfilled by omniblueminerals.com anytime after delivery for a full refund of the purchase price of the product bought. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). However, we will not pay the return shipping costs if you decide to return the item under your own volition.

We do not accept exchanges. In case of a return, a refund will be sent once we receive a confirmation of the return, and no more than 7 days later. 

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within one day of being placed. They are usually shipped within 2-8 business days, though we do not guarantee this.

Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (EST). We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their product is gone. This ensures you will not run out of product in the event of a shipping delay.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any Free Shipping promotion does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska or anywhere outside the contiguous U.S. due to the increase in shipping price for such shipments. Free Shipping Promotions also do not apply to international orders.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 business hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@omniblueminerals.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International Shipping

OmniBlue Ocean Minerals currently ships to the United States and select international countries only. We do not ship to European Union member states.

International delivery times vary by destination and are subject to customs processing, which is outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, local carrier handling, or any other circumstance once a package has left the United States.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered may be lawfully imported into their country. OmniBlue Ocean Minerals is not responsible for orders that are delayed, held, seized, returned, or destroyed by customs or other authorities due to local import restrictions, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

Risk of loss and title for international orders pass to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier in the United States. OmniBlue Ocean Minerals is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have left U.S. territory.

Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return is the result of an error on our part, in which case OmniBlue Ocean Minerals will cover return shipping.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

All applicable duties, import taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout and are collected directly by the destination country's customs authority. OmniBlue Minerals has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before placing an order.

Failure to pay duties or customs fees that results in a package being held, seized, or rejected by customs authorities is not the responsibility of OmniBlue Ocean Minerals, and no refund will be issued in such cases. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and encourage affected customers to contact us at info@omniblueminerals.com, as customer satisfaction is important to us.
