INGREDIENTS (1 serving): 

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ½ Avocado
  • ½ Tomato
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Start by preparing the salad: Slice and dice the avocado and tomato, then toss them in a small bowl. Drizzle with a dash of olive oil and gently mix until the ingredients are evenly coated. Set aside. 
  2. Next, heat a small pan or skillet over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil. Once the oil is hot, pour in the eggs and begin stirring constantly. As the eggs start to set, sprinkle in the cheddar cheese and a pinch of OmniBlue Original. Continue stirring until the eggs are fully cooked and the cheese is melted and gooey. 
  3. Plate the creamy scrambled eggs alongside the fresh avocado and tomato salad. Add salt to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious combination of flavors!
